Returns

Sales of custom items and items that have been personalized (laser engraving or additional or specific finishes, for instance) are final, and no refunds are possible.

For non-customized products, we offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, ensure that the product is returned to us in its original condition, identical to how it was shipped to you. You must pay for all shipping and insurance costs for the return.

Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned product, if the item is in its original condition, we will process a full refund within two weeks.

If the product shows signs of damage or wear, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

We strongly recommend insuring return shipments, as we can only refund items received in their original condition. Shipping and insurance costs for returned items are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
